Case Study Update: MidCoast council Pro-Ring™ Ongoing Success: 27 Months of Reliable Performance

On 27th July 2022, a 4” Pro-Ring™ Finish Ring was successfully installed to address a failing manhole and roadway in need of urgent repair. Fast forward to 24th October 2024, and the system is still performing exceptionally well after 27 months of continuous service. During this time, it has withstood the pressure of thousands of heavy vehicle impacts without showing any signs of structural issues, deterioration, or inflow/infiltration.

The Pro-Ring™ installation, designed for durability and reliability, has proven its worth under harsh conditions, ensuring the integrity of the road and manhole infrastructure. The surrounding bitumen repair, which was completed as part of the project, remains in excellent condition—there are no visible cracks, sagging, or signs of fatigue or failure. This demonstrates the longevity and effectiveness of the Pro-Ring™ system in maintaining road safety and functionality.
